    Larry Dean Carrigan, 37, passed away Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 9:18 PM in his Nappanee, Indiana home.

    Larry was born January 20, 1973 in Lampasas, Texas to Leon and Linda (Hicks) Beckworth.

    On February 22, 2007 in Warsaw, Indiana, Larry Carrigan and Holly Atchison were married. 

    Formerly of Warsaw and now Nappanee, he was an installer for Olympic Pool Company in Columbia City, Indiana. He enjoyed spending time with his family.

    Survivors include his wife, Holly of Nappanee; daughter, Lilyana Carrigan; son, Mayson Carrigan; 2 step daughters, Kyra and Alex Krichbaum – all at home; parents:  Leon and Linda Beckworth of Baytown, Texas; 2 step sisters and step brother-in-law:  Teresa and Billy Harr and Ronda Hardy, all of Warsaw; and his grandmother:  Dorothea Heard, Baytown, Texas

    Friends and family may visit with Larry’s family Monday, July 26, 2010 at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.  The funeral will take place Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 1 PM in the funeral home. Pastor Terry Bradford of First Freewill Baptist Church of Kosciusko County, Claypool, Indiana will officiate.  Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.

    Karen L. Dady-Nusbaum, 40, passed away Monday, July 19, 2010 at 9:10 PM in her Goshen home.

    Karen was born August 22, 1969 in Angola, Indiana to David and Delores (Wolcott) Dady, Sr.  She became the wife of Rodney Nusbaum October 6, 2007 in Warsaw, Indiana.

    Karen was a 1987 graduate of Warsaw Community High School.  She played flute for the North Manchester Civic Band; was a past member of the United Way Board; was a member of the Indiana University Alumni Association; and a past member of Kosciusko County Human Resource Association.  Karen had been the human resource manager for Master Metal Engineering, South Bend, Indiana.          

    Those left with memories to treasure are her husband: Rodney Nusbaum, Goshen; parents:  David and Dee Dady, Warsaw; 3 brothers and sisters-in-law:  James and Debra Dady, Lansing, Michigan, Robert and Colleen Dady of Clark Lake, Michigan and David and Shannan Dady, Jr., Argos, Indiana; 2 sisters and brothers-in-law:  Sharon and Steve Tusing, Nappanee, Indiana and Susan and Doug Siegel of Plymouth, Indiana; and 3 best friends:  Stephen Waldeck, Warsaw; Steven E. Allen, Warsaw and Katie Shepherd, Claypool, Indiana.

    A time of sharing with the family will take place Saturday, July 31, 2010 from12 noon until 1 PM in Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw.  A memorial celebration of life service will begin at 1 PM following visitation.  Stephen Waldeck will preside over the service.

    Dorthea J. Himes, 44, passed away Monday, July 19, 2010 at 2:50 PM in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, Indiana.

    Dorthea, the daughter of Russell Jr. and Norma (McGinnis) Himes was a lifetime Warsaw resident.  She was a 1984 graduate of Warsaw Community High School.  She liked being on the CB radio and loved Facebook.

    Those left with memories to treasure are her son:  Jeremy Himes; daughter, Erica Ozenbaugh; 3 brothers and sisters-in-law:  Shane R. and Page Himes, Mark N. and Kim Himes, Tony and Libby Himes and her sister:  Faith E. Reynolds.  All are from Warsaw.

    She was preceded in death by her father, Russell Himes (April 21, 1992) and her mother, Norma Himes (October 19, 2005).

    Family and friends will gather to share memories of Dorthea Thursday, July 22, 2010 from 11 AM to 1 PM at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw.  A celebration of Dorthea’s life will follow at 1 PM in the funeral home.  Pastor Richard Campbell will officiate.  Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.

    Claude Bradley, Sr., 91, passed away Saturday, July 17, 2010 at 3:30 AM in Millers Merry Manor, Warsaw, Indiana.        Claude was born November 18, 1918 to Oscar and Juda (Ousley) Bradley in Floyd County, Kentucky.  He lived in Kosciusko County, Indiana for the past 50 years.

    In 1932 Claude married Laura Gamble in McArthur, Ohio.  She died in 1989.  On August 14, 1982 in Silver Lake, Indiana Claude was married to Leora (Arnett) Prater.

    Claude was a millwright for Millwright Local 1043.  He was a member of Gospel Hill Pentecostal Church, Silver Lake, Indiana.  He was also a member of Northwest Indiana Regional Council of Carpenters.

    Survivors include his wife, Leora Bradley of North Manchester, Indiana; 3 sons and a daughter-in-law:  Paul and Donna Bradley, Kewanna, Indiana, Claude “Sonny” Bradley, Jr. of Rochester, Indiana and Floyd “Tick” Bradley of Morocco, Indiana; a daughter:  Vera Rowlison of Monument, Colorado; a step son and step daughter-in-law:  Ronnie and Bianca Prater of Claypool, Indiana; 3 step daughters and step sons-in-law:  Mary Lou and Larry Marshall of Akron, Indiana, Kathy Lynn and Dave Terrel of North Manchester and Ruby Lee and Ron Hunt of North Manchester; 18 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren; 9 step grandchildren; 5 step great grandchildren; and 1 sister:  Goldie Cox of Rochester.

    Claude was preceded in death by a daughter, Rosalee Pawlosky in January 1986.

    There will be a time to share memories and lend support Tuesday, July 20, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, Indiana.  A celebration of Claude’s life will begin at 10:30 AM Wednesday, July 21, 2010 in the Gospel Hill Pentecostal Church, Silver Lake.  Pastor Frank Whitaker of the church will officiate.  Burial will follow in Silver Lake Cemetery, Silver Lake.

    Mary G. Crouse, 83, passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 11:39 AM in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana.  She had been in failing health since 2003.

    Mary was born July 7, 1927 in Middleburg, Pennsylvania to William and Alda (Kratzer) Zechman.

    On October 17, 1942, in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, Mary became the wife of Charles Albert Crouse.  In 1962 they moved to Warsaw, Indiana from Middleburg, Pennsylvania.

    A homemaker, Mary was a member of Pleasant View Bible Church, Warsaw.  She was also a member of Christian Women’s Club.

    Those surviving are 2 sons and daughters-in-law:  William and Susan Crouse of Richardson, Texas and Roger and Risa Crouse of Winona Lake, Indiana; 1 daughter and son-in-law:  Bonnie and David Savidge of Noblesville, Indiana; 14 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; sister, Vera Smith, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania and brother: Harry Zechman, Daytona, Florida.           

    Preceding her death is her husband:  Charles A. Crouse (November 24, 2009); a sister:  Frances Kleinbauer (November 1970); 4 brothers:  Irvin Zechman (July 23, 2007); Ernest Zechman (December 26, 2003); Wilbert Zechman (March 13, 2006) and Kenneth Zechman (November 9, 2004).

    There will be a graveside service in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Saturday, July 17, 2010 at 11 AM.  Her son, William Crouse will officiate.

    Virginia Pearl Huffman, 91 passed away, Saturday, July 9, 2010, in Grace Village Healthcare, Winona Lake, Indiana.

    Virginia was born September 24, 1918 in Nappanee, Indiana to C. Earl and Pearl (Yoder) Slabaugh.

    She was united in marriage to Wallace Huffman on January 12, 1943 in Nappanee, Indiana.  He passed away one day short of their 65th wedding anniversary.

    Living most of her life in Kosciusko County, Virginia was an elementary teacher for 30 years – teaching in Oswego, Nappanee and Leesburg, Indiana.  She was a member of Leesburg United Methodist Church, retried Teachers’ Association and was past president of Indiana Rural Carrier Association Auxiliary.

    Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Joan Huffman of Hudsonville, Michigan, 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 2 sisters:  Alice Nalor of Indianapolis, Indiana and Jeanette Johnson of Fort Wayne, Indiana.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Huffman (January 11, 2008) and 2 brothers.

    A time of sharing with the family will be Tuesday, July 13, 2010 from 6-8 PM.  A celebration of Virginia Pearl Huffman’s life will take place Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 11 AM in Leesburg United Methodist Church with Pastor Susan Martin of the church officiating.  Burial will follow in Leesburg Cemetery.

    Gifts in memory of Virginia may be given to Our Father’s House, 401 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana  46580.

    Keith A. Horn, 85, passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2010 in Plant City, Florida.               

    He was born in Warsaw, Indiana on September 21, 1924 to Milo C. and Emma (Caywood) Horn.  Keith married Virginia Flowers April 17, 1949 in Warsaw’s First United Methodist Church.

    He started his working years as a photographer.  After the death of his parents he became the manager of Horn Sunnymede Restaurant, formerly located on East Center Street, Warsaw.  While there, Colonel Harland Sanders encouraged him to build 7 Kentucky Fried Chicken carry out restaurants in Michigan.  His next project was to develop, build and own Jellystone Campground in Pierceton, Indiana.

    Keith was a member of Rotary, Mizpah Shrine and the Masonic Lodge.  A ham radio operator, he also enjoyed creating stained glass projects.

    He and his wife, Virginia, summered on Chapman Lake (Warsaw) and wintered in Plant City, Florida.

    Those left with treasured memories are his wife of 60 years, Virginia; 2 sons and daughter-in-law, Kevin Horn, Warsaw and Kim and Stephanie Horn of Eustis, Florida; 3 grandchildren:  Tarri, Peter and Patrick.

    Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Milo and Emma Horn; son, Keith Scott Horn (December 19, 1980) and his brother, Peter Alden Horn.

    A celebration of life memorial service will be held Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 2 PM at Chapman Lake Conservation Club, 325 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, Indiana.  Pastor Andy Martin of Trinity United Methodist Church, Warsaw will preside over the service.  Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.

    The family has asked that memorial gifts be given to one of the following:  American Cancer Society (601 W. Edison Road, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545; Salvation Army (501 Arthur Street, Warsaw, Indiana  46580; Shriners’ Children’s Hospital (2211 North Oak Park Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60707; or a charity of your choice or simple acts of kindness for others to be done in Keith’s memory.
