AnnaBelle Burnett

AnnaBelle Burnett, 99, of Grace Village Retirement Community, Winona Lake, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2026. She was born October 3, 1926 to Ruth and William Stutzman.

She married Rex Burnett in March 1945 and had four children. Linda Berger, Warsaw. Rex (Sarita) Burnett, McKinney, Tx., Toni Wheeler, Pierceton and Mike (Jan) Burnett, Lakeville, IN.

Their early years were spent on a small farm and when he was called up for the Navy, she stayed with a sister in Michigan working in a factory making military equipment for the war. She eventually ended up at RR Donnelly for a time then in 1970, started driving a wide load pilot car until she retired at 72.

She was a long time member of the American Legion Auxiliary #49 and Moose Lodge #1423 and loved spending time with her many friends playing cards, shuffle board, bingo and vacations.

She had 6 grandchildren, 13 great grand children and 4 great great grand children. One granddaughter and one great-grandson preceded her in death.

She wished for cremation and no services. She also wanted it known that she was NOT a Democrat. Arrangements are pending with Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 2000 Sheridan Street, Warsaw, IN 46580.
