William C. Taylor, a cherished resident of Warsaw, Indiana, passed away on November 2, 2025, at the age of 70. Born to Coleman and Dorothy (Betzold) Taylor on September 4, 1955, in Calumet Park, Illinois, William’s life was characterized by a deep affection for nature and his loved ones.
William was known for his love of fishing, a pastime that brought him solace and joy throughout his life. He was also an avid woodworker, crafting pieces that reflected not only his skills but also his creativity and care. In addition to these hobbies, William had a deep affection for dogs, showing kindness and compassion towards animals throughout his life.
He is survived by Ryan (Kaylyn) Neibert of Leesburg, who he regarded as a son he never had, and two important figures in his life, Nancy Mitchell and Linda (Michael) McLaughlin, both of Warsaw. Their presence was a source of strength and support for William, and their shared memories will keep his spirit alive in their hearts.
William is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Coleman and Dorothy (Betzold) Taylor, who instilled in him the values of love and hard work. He is also mourned by his niece, Reesha McLaughlin, and his brother-in-law, William Mitchell. Each of these individuals contributed to the fabric of his life, and their absence will be felt deeply.
