Val McClish

Val Eugene McClish Sr., age 74, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 2:33 p.m. on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Goshen Hospital. He was born on February 14, 1948 in Goshen, IN to Eugene & Rosalie Irene (Papke) McClish.

He attended Goshen High School and served in the United States Armed Forces. He lived most of his life in Goshen, Arizona, and Syracuse area. He formerly worked as a night supervisor at Dutchman RV in Goshen.

He was a life member of the D.A.V. in Goshen & member of the American Legion Post 223 in Syracuse.

He is survived by his son - Val McClish Jr of Arizona, 2 grandchildren - Jordan T. Hoopes & Peyton J. Hoopes, sister - Cinda Jacob of LeHigh Acres, FL, and companion - Robin Campbell of Anderson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister - Sandra Hathaway, and brother - Vaughn McClish.

No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are entrusted to Owen Family Funeral Home in Syracuse.
