Sue Ann Smith

Sue Ann Smith, 83, of North Webster, IN passed away at 7:47 p.m. on Friday, September 24, 2021 at her home. She was born on November 24, 1937 in Prestonsburg, KY to Benny & Pauline (Flannery) Helton.

She attended Claypool High School and retired from DePuy in Warsaw after 25 years. She lived in the Warsaw / Claypool area most of her life and moved to North Webster 11 years ago.

She was a former member of Abundant Life Church in Warsaw.

She is survived by:

Daughter - Glenda (Gerry) Moser of North Webster

2 Sons - Bill (Cathy) Smith of Warsaw and Carl (Kathy) Smith of Gainesville, FL

7 Grand & 5 Gt. Grandchildren

2 Sisters – Alice Reichert of Kirsky, KY & Ethel Woodling of Warsaw

Brother – Troy Helton of Plymouth

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson – Robert Moser, 5 brothers – Everett, Grady, Ed, Morris, and Roger, and 3 sisters – Ruth, Dorothy, and Ada.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN. Private family services will be held at a later date. Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN, is in charge of arrangements.

Preferred memorials may be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
