Stanley David Mark III

Stanley David Mark III, known to most as Dave, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne at the age of 75. He was born on December 21, 1950, in Washington Courthouse, Ohio, the son of Stanley Jr. and Patricia Mark (Tracey).

Dave graduated from high school in Grand Island, New York, and went on to earn his bachelor's degree. For many years, he worked in sales, focusing on many different products such as snowplow blades and farm equipment.

Although he could be stubborn at times, Dave had a deep love for animals and enjoyed watching football in his spare time.

He is survived by his daughters, Kimm and Gretchen Mark; 4 grandchildren; and siblings: Karen Frost, Linda (Ken) Weinzler, Kathryn Caruana, Steven Mark, and Teresa (Jeff) Miller. He is also remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents.
