Roy Johnson

Roy A. Johnson, of Warsaw, passed away unexpectedly in his residence on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at the age of 77.

Born on August 18, 1944, in Bristol, Tennessee, Roy was one of 12 children. He married Bonnie Hamilton on November 11, 1994.

Roy enjoyed spending time at home, eating his favorite sweets, cookies, cashews, and grape pop. You could also find him walking his dog, Bear around the neighborhood. He also loved to watch westerns.

Roy will be deeply missed by his wife of 27 years, Bonnie; extended family, Eric (Tina) Prater, Adam (Amber) Prater, Jonathan (Clair) Prater, and Peter (Vicki) Peconga; and many extended grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Carla Woodling; extended family, Joe Prater and Melissa Cupp; grandchild, Brandon Hurley; sisters, Shirley Johnson, Charlotte King, Margie, and Betty; and brothers, Lloyd, Johnny, Ness, Chuck, Cecil, and Billy Joe; and twin brother, Troy.

Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2000 E. Sheridan St. Warsaw, IN 46580, is entrusted with Roy’s care. Friends and family may gather there for visitation on Monday January 17, 2022, from 2:00PM until 3:30 PM. A brief funeral service will take place at 3:30 PM.
