Robert Jay Farrar Jr. (Bob) and Carol Jean Farrar (Weseman) passed away peacefully early in the morning June 18 2026. They were married for 50 years and undeniably had a connection in life and in death. Their ailments differed but their Love for their Children, Grandchildren, Family and Friends kept them connected. Their souls came together at the end and passed within hours of each other. Carol passed away at Millers nursing rehab in Warsaw, IN at 4:20am. Bob passed away at home in Warsaw, IN at 7:22am. Carol was 86 years old and Bob was 82 years old. Together they lived Full lives together with travel, road trips, visiting family and friends, Curling, Golf, Skiing, lake life and unwavering Love and dedication to their family.

Carol was born November 17, 1939 in Chicago, Il. Daughter to the late Irene Kass and late John Weseman. Carol attended Catholic Annunciation school as a Child. She was an Equestrian and a member of a Ski Club when females rarely participated in those sports in the 1960s. Carols profession was secretarial (she could write shorthand), book keeping and most importantly a stay at home mom who was involved in all of her sons activities. Carol loved horses, dogs and animals of all kind. Carol loved to Curl, golf, ski and go on trips. Carol had a strong faith from her Catholic upbringing. Carol met Bob Farrar in her late 30s, got married and had her son Rob Farrar just before she turned 40. Carol was loved for her caring and outgoing personality.

Bob was born October 28, 1943 in Huntington, IN. Son to the late Ruth Westerkamp and late Robert Jay Farrar. Bob attended school in Huntington, IN as a child. Bob was diagnosed with Polio as a child and miraculously survived leaving one of his legs without muscle or cartilage. Not once in his life did he let that disable him or ask for anyone to treat him differently. He played basketball and baseball in High school. After High school Bob attended Purdue University and became a brilliant Engineer. His professional accolades are numerous. He worked at Motorola in the 80s/90s when wireless and cell phones were being created. He taught at Devry. He worked at Essex Wire for over 20 years. He built highway 30 from Warsaw to Fort Wayne as an engineer and programmed all the street lights when no one else could. Bob loved Curling, golfing, Skiing, Fishing , going on trips all over the country, visiting family and long distance Bike riding. Everything Bob did he ended up being very good at it. Bob met Carol in his 30s, got married and had his second son Rob Farrar. Bob was a father that coached every sport his son played in. Bob was a person that would give you the shirt off his back and not ask a question. Bob was loved for his respect of others, his endless humor and selflessness for Family and Friends.

Bob is left behind by his Sister Suzanne Serle , his son Jason Farrar, his son Rob Farrar, his late son by marriage Stafford Robinson.

Carol is left behind by her Brother Wayne Weseman, her late Sister Deloris, her Son Rob Farrar, her Son by marriage Jason Farrar.

Carol and Bob wished to be cremated and have their ashes spread on Mackinac Island. We will hold a Remembrance Open House on Saturday July 11th 1-5pm. Address: 1908 DEER Trl. Warsaw, IN 46580. Titus Funeral Home is entrusted with their arrangements.
