Ricky Lee "Rick" Gerber

Ricky Lee “Rick” Gerber, 59, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 6:41 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2022 at his home. He was born on September 9, 1962 in Goshen, IN to Allen Roy & Delores Evelyn (Hapner) Gerber.

He was a lifetime Syracuse resident and graduated in 1982 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse. He was a truck driver for 3R Enterprises in Syracuse for over 35 years and was a member of North Webster Church of God.

He is survived by:

Father – Allen Gerber of Syracuse

2 Brothers – Ray (Melissa) Gerber of Milford & Ron (Stephanie) Gerber of Syracuse

Several nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Visitation will be from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 11, 2022 in the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Boyer officiating. Burial will follow in the South Union Cemetery in Nappanee, IN
