Rayna Richter (Modlin)

Rayna L. Richter, of Leesburg, passed away peacefully at Lutheran Hospital Fort Wayne on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at the age of 59.

Born on February 2, 1962 in Anderson, IN, Rayna was the daughter of Donald and Greta Modlin (Turner). Her greatest accomplishment in life was raising her four children.

Rayna had an extremely kind and giving heart, which shined through with her gifts. As an avid shopper and garage sale hunter, she always made sure to think of every person she knew and what gift they would enjoy the most. She listened to all genres of music, especially rock music, and enjoyed going to concerts with her life partner, Joe and her family. Rayna cherished moments spent time with her family, especially with her grandchildren. Most of all, she loved to sunbathe and be out on the water.

Those who will miss Rayna deeply are her life partner of 13 years, Joe Cutler; children, Amber Richter, Joshua, Adam, and Matthew; step children, John (Amanda) Cutler and Joey Cutler; 14 gradnchildren; mother, Greta; and siblings; Louanna Shreve and Kent Modlin. She is preceded in death by her father, Donald; and brother, Rodney Modlin.

Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2000 East Sheridan Street, Warsaw is assisting the family. Friends may join the family at the funeral home for visitation on Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM.
