Raymond G. Wolfe, Jr., age 81, of Pierceton, passed away on April 27, 2026, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born on September 22, 1944, in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Raymond George and Bernita (Batts) Wolfe, Sr. He married Birdie Calhoun on August 16, 1975 in Warsaw, Indiana.

A proud graduate of Muncie Central High School in 1962, Raymond embarked on a journey that would see him serve his country honorably as a member of the U.S. Army. His military service was a testament to his dedication and sense of duty, qualities that defined much of his character.

Following his service, Raymond devoted 45 years of his professional life to McCormick Motors in Nappanee. His long tenure there not only reflected his loyalty but also his work ethic and dependable nature, earning him the respect and admiration of colleagues and customers alike.

Raymond’s life was deeply enriched by his family. He was the loving husband of Birdie Wolfe, whose partnership and support were pillars of his life. He is survived by his brothers, Larry Wolfe, Richard Wolfe, and Gary Wolfe, as well as his sisters, Carolyn McGuire, Sandra Belcher, and Marsha Kellogg. Raymond also leaves behind many cherished nieces and nephews who carry forward his legacy of love and kindness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond "George" and Bernita (Batts) Wolfe, Sr., whose memory he honored throughout his life.
