Randy was a graduate of Homer High School in New York. He went on to build a long and steady career, managing and working at Monro Muffler & Brake for 33 years. He was known as someone who could work on and fix anything, a gift that reflected both his skill and his willingness to help others.

He is survived by his wife, Melanie Odell of Warsaw. He also leaves behind a loving family that includes his daughter, Kimberly (Scott) Record of Cortland, NY; his sons, Tom (Marianne) Odell of Virgil, NY, Adam Odell of Warsaw; step-son, Patrick Griffin (Benjamin) of New Jersey. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Parker Odell.
