Quentin A. Moore, 17 months old, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 6:37 p.m. on Sunday, April 18, 2010 at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. He was born on November 10, 2008 in South Bend, IN to Sara L. Moore.
He is survived by:
Mother – Sara Moore (fiancé, Kevin “Wayne” Tenner) of Syracuse
2 Brothers – Lashaun Morris & Javon Moore both of Syracuse
Grandparents – Dave & Jan Moore of Syracuse
Gt. Grandparents – Douglas “Red” & Audrey Barnett of North Webster & Gary & Marilyn Moore of Syracuse.
Uncle – Rusty Moore of Syracuse
Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home on Saturday with Pastor Brad Cox of the Wawasee Lakeside Chapel officiating.
Memorial bequests may be given to the Quentin A. Moore Funeral Fund, c/o Owen Family Funeral Home. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
