Phyllis Jean Lakey

Phyllis J. Lakey, of Winona Lake and formerly of Mentone, passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 88. She was born on December 4, 1936, to Toy and Bell Edwards.

Phyllis is survived by her sons, James Bolling, Andre Lakey, and Timothy Lakey; five grandchildren: Brooke, Michael, Shawn, Ciara, and Nick; and five great grandchildren: Mitchell, Sidney, Kaia, Ireland, and Fallon. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Tammy Bolling; grandson, Nathan Lakey; and siblings: Gill Edwards, Zora Edwards, Jeanette Edwards, Barbara Edwards, and Charles Edwards.

Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2000 Sheridan Street, Warsaw is entrusted with Phyllis’ care. The family is grieving privately, and no services are planned.
