Pheby Angelese Hensley, 47, of Warsaw Indiana, passed away on September 2nd, 2025 at 6:36pm, while battling a courages fight with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Pheby was born on November 28, 1977, in Plymouth Indiana, to John & Thelma Hensley.


She was a devoted mother, known for her vibrant personality and her ability to light up a room. She always became everyone's best friend to all who knew her.

Pheby was always committed to providing for her two beloved children, Jahazie Lee and Evan Lee. She took great pride in being their mother and cherished every moment spent with them.


Her friends and family remember her as strong-willed and independent and fun loving. Pheby's love for "Dance music" was also an aspect of her spirit. She had the ability to make others feel at ease with her great sense of humor and fun loving attitude.She is survived by her siblings, Deborah O'Connor, Ft. Wayne IN, Reva (Eric) Anglin, Warsaw, IN, Peggy (Bradley) Watkins, Plymouth IN and Mark Hensley, Argos, IN, who will carry her memory in their hearts. Pheby was preceded in death by her parents, John Hensley and Thelma (Smith) Hensley, Brothers, DeWayne O'Connor, and Stephen Hensley, Nephew, Brandon Lowe. Pheby leaves behind several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins, who she loved so dearly.
