Paula L. Bright, 67, of Warsaw, IN passed away at 5:31 a.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at her home. She was born on May 28, 1954 in Wabash, IN to Paul & Patricia (Fahl) Bright.
She graduated in 1972 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse and lived her life in the North Webster, Syracuse, and Warsaw areas. She formerly worked at several local area restaurants including Al-N-Dee, Kountry Kitchen, and Lakeview Restaurant in North Webster, and Sleepy Owl Supper Club in Syracuse, She also worked at Owen’s Supermarket in Warsaw for 10 years and was the Deli Bakery Manager at Lance’s Food Market in North Webster for several years.
She attended the United Methodist Church in North Webster, was formerly an avid bowler at the Wawasee Bowl in Syracuse, and volunteered at Pheasants Forever in North Webster.
She is survived by:
Daughter – Amber (Dana) Likens of Pierceton
Son – Keaton (Kami) Schopf of Warsaw
7 Grandchildren – Kaden, Taylor, Treysan, Millian, Layla, Layne, and Wrigleigh
2 Sisters – April Newcomer of Marion & Summer Bright of Syracuse
Longtime Companion – Neal Lang of Leesburg
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN. Memorial services will follow at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday in the funeral home. Private family burial will take place in the Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery.
