Patti Marie (Lynch) Longenecker, a lifelong resident of Warsaw, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at Paddocks Springs.

She was born on April 15, 1929, she was the daughter of Paul and Inez Lynch. On June 1, 1946, she married the love of her life, John W. Longenecker. Together they shared 55 years of marriage until his passing on September 18, 2001.

Patti is lovingly remembered by her family, including her sons, John P. (Angie) Longenecker of Encinitas, California, and Michael D. (Peggy) Longenecker of Maricopa, Arizona. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, as well as her sister, Lee (Larry) Bair of Warsaw.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John; her son, Robert Longenecker; and her brother, Jack Lynch.

A faithful member of First United Methodist Church, Patti lived a life rooted in service and compassion. She dedicated 33 years of her career to Jomac, where she worked sewing gloves. She also worked at L.M. Berry and Lincoln Elementary School as a cook.

Patti will be remembered for her generous heart and gifted hands. She found joy in sewing, crocheting, and knitting afghan blanket and prayer shawls, many of which she lovingly donated to her church and local nursing homes, touching countless lives through her kindness.

In accordance with her wishes, no public visitation is planned. A private family graveside service will be held at Oakwood Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 2000 Sheridan Street, Warsaw, IN 46580.
