Nicholas B. “Nick” Thrasher, 35, of Ligonier, IN passed away at 2:48 p.m. on Sunday, May 29, 2016 at North Ridge Village Nursing Home in Albion, IN. He was born on June 9, 1980 in Sturgis, IN to Jeffery A. & Judy L. (Baldwin) Thrasher.
He graduated in 1999 from Westview High School in Topeka, IN lived most of his life in the Topeka, Ligonier, and Goshen areas. He was formerly employed at Taco Bell in Goshen, Dairy Queen in Goshen & Ligonier, Applebee’s in Goshen, and Stake & Shake in Goshen.
He is survived by:
Mother – Judy (David Brown) Starbuck of Windsor Ontario, Canada
Sister – Michelle Thrasher of Ligonier
Brother – Michael Olin of Albion
Step Mother – Rhonda Thrasher of Ligonier
Paternal Grandparents – Mary & Lyle Thrasher of Sturgis, MI
He was preceded in death by his father.
Memorial services will be at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 3, 2016 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Burial will take place in the Burr Oak Cemetery in Burr Oak, MI at a later date.
