Naomi L. Whitaker

Naomi L. Whitaker, 66, of Warsaw, IN (formerly of Syracuse, IN) passed away at 4:00 a.m. on Monday, May 25, 2020 at Paddock Springs Healthcare in Warsaw, IN. She was born on April 1, 1954 in South Bend, In to George Everett & Betty M. (Merritt) Adams.

She grew up in Muncie, IN, moved to North Webster / Leesburg area in 1971, and graduated in 1972 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse. She was formerly employed at Buy Rite in Syracuse as a custodian, Wawasee Middle School as a custodian, and Flex Steel in New Paris for several years.

She formerly attended Inner Light Ministries in Fort Wayne.

She is survived by:

3 Sons – Adam (Heather) Whitaker of Syracuse; Jason (Sarah Ball) Whitaker of Leesburg; & Jeffrey Reece of North Webster

12 Grand & 3 Gt. Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter – Michaela Reece, and sister – Nancy Walker.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 in the Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery with Pastor Myron Drent officiating.
