Nancy Powell, a loving wife, dedicated homemaker, and proud farmer's wife, passed away on September 2, 2023, in Warsaw. After graduating from South Side High School in Fort Wayne, Nancy was married to Frederick Powell, together they embarked on life's journey; sharing more than sixty-eight years before her passing . Throughout her life, Nancy lent her hand to various occupations. She found joy in caring for her family and took great pride in being a farmer's wife. Later on, she worked for Creighton Brothers in the hatchery.

Nancy loved to travel. She and Fred enjoyed exploring new places and learning about different cultures. Nancy was also a skilled cook who embraced the opportunity to learn authentic Mexican dishes while living in Southern California. Her culinary creations delighted family and friends for years.

Nancy's faith played a central role in her life. She was a longtime member of Clunette United Methodist Church and had previously attended Wawasee Community Bible Church.
