Lawrence Arthur “Larry” Coker, 61 of North Manchester, IN passed away at 6:15 a.m. on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at his residence. He was born on December 6, 1954 in Avilla, IN to Lawrence T. & Agnes M. (Lash) Coker.
He attended Avilla High School and formerly worked as a truck driver for Pierceton Trucking in Pierceton, IN. He was married on Sept. 26, 1975, in North Manchester, IN to Jill R. Luckenbill who preceded him on Sept. 4, 2002. He grew up in the Avilla / Kendallville area and moved to North Manchester in 1976.
He is survived by:
Daughter – Candice Coker of Fort Wayne, IN
Son – David (Amy) Luckenbill of Pekin, IL
4 Grandchildren
Mother – Agnes Coker of Wolcottville, IN
Sister – Kim Lantz of Topeka, IN
2 Brothers – John Coker of Deland, FL & Rick (Lisa) Coker of Wolcottville, IN
He was preceded in death by his father, wife, daughter – Sunshine Coker, son – Rick Coker, and brother – Lee Allen Coker.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN. No public services will be held.
Preferred memorials may be given to the Donor’s Choice.
