Kenton D. Miller

Kenton D. "Kent" Miller, 78, of Cromwell, IN died at 10:16 a.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2009 at the Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born on May 30, 1931 in Fort Wayne, IN to Wylie A. & Cleo P. (Householder) Miller.

He was a lifetime Noble County area resident and graduated in 1949 from Cromwell High School. He was married on November 21, 1951 in Ligonier, IN to Norma Jean Price who survives. He was a farmer and retired from Johnson Controls in Goshen after more than 30 years of service. He was a member of the Cromwell United Methodist Church.

He is survived by;
Wife - Jean Miller of Cromwell;
1 Daughter - Kenda Miller of Cromwell;
1 Son - Randy Miller of Cromwell;
6 Grandchildren - Josh, Jeff, Laura, Min, Janelle, & Maria Miller;
1 Sister - Marilyn Plank of Cromwell.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother - Marvin Miller, & son in law - David Miller.

Visitation will be from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2009 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 27, 2009 at the funeral home with Rev. Randy Miller, son of the deceased, & Rev. Marilyn Gebert of the Cromwell United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow in the Sparta Cemetery in Kimmell.
