Keith E. Wilson passed away on August 26, 2024 at the age of 76 in New Haven, Indiana. He was born on February 23, 1948, in Fort Wayne to Howard W. and Margaret (Neher) Wilson., Keith spent much adult life in the North Webster area before moving to New Haven to be closer to family.
A hard worker, Keith worked in several fields, ultimately retiring from delivering RVs and trailers, a job that allowed him to enjoy the open road.
Keith was not only a committed worker but also a man with a heart for service. He honorably served in the Army. Keith was known for his lively personality and a unique ability to bring joy to those around him. His sense of humor was contagious, and his selfless nature made him someone who was always willing to lend a helping hand or contribute in any way he could.
Involved in his community, Keith generously donated his time to aid research for those with Multiple Sclerosis. He even spent a week atop the roof of the Barbee Landing Restaurant to raise funds. Additionally, Keith was a longstanding member of the North Webster Lions Club, where he contributed his efforts to the Mermaid Festival Committee.
He was an avid fan of NASCAR and Indy Racing, He was also a lifetime member of the North Webster American Legion, further highlighting his dedication to community and country.
Keith will be remembered fondly for his generous spirit, infectious laughter, selfless nature - he was alway willing to lend a hand, or a leg, to others in need. He was a proud patriot and honorably served in the Army. He was an avid fan of NASCAR and Indy Racing, He was also a lifetime member of the North Webster American Legion Post 253, further highlighting his dedication to community and country.
Those who survive with memories to cherish include two daughters: Julie (Carlos) Molina & Lisa (Cliff) Wolfe; son Brian (Kim); seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and siblings:Jim (Ann) Wilson, Carl (Bonnie) Wilson and John Wilson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in passing by a twin brother, Kenneth Wilson; brother, Kevin Wilson and two sisters, Pam Heinrich & Cynthia Crooks.
Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services is entrusted with care of Keith. A Catholic Prayer Service officiated by Father Andrew Nazareth will take place at 10:30 am. Military Honors will be conducted by members of the American Legion following the Prayer Service. Visitation will take place from 11am to 1pm.
