Kathryn Hostetler

Kathryn J. Hostetler, 68, of Silver Lake, IN passed away at 11:55 p.m. on Friday, August 20, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Gary, IN on September 23, 1952.

She graduated from Lew Wallace High School in Gary and was married in 1974 in Gary to Vidan Markovski who preceded her.  She grew up in Gary and moved to the Silver Lake area 32 years ago.  She was a housekeeper and homemaker for most of her life.

She is survived by:

Daughter – Vida (James) Miller of North Manchester, IN

3 Grandchildren – Cary (Aaron) Gabriel, Lisa Miller, and Emmaleigh Miller all of North Manchester

3 Gt. Grandchildren – Simon Gabriel, Genis Gabriel, Serenity Gabriel

Brother – James (Kennette) Hostetler of Valparaiso

He was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

No services are to be held at this time.  Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN.
