Kathleen A. Wuthrich

Kathleen Ann Wuthrich, of Warsaw, departed this earthly life on September 26, 2026, at Millers Merry Manor in Warsaw, surrounded by her family at the age of 83.

Born on June 27, 1943, in Racine, Wisconsin, she was the daughter of Albert and Mary Karls (Vanko). Kathleen lived a life centered around family. She worked as a registered nurse before having children and later devoted herself to her home and family as a homemaker. In every season of life, she was known as a caring, faithful, and family-oriented woman whose love was felt by those around her.

Kathleen enjoyed her farm life, especially when it came to her animals. She also had a green thumb and was in her happy place when tending to her garden. Kathleen’s strong Catholic faith was central to her life. She was an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and she volunteered in the school for a number of years. Above all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Alan Wuthrich. She also leaves her children, Ben (Cindy) Wuthrich, Bev (Chet) Pajerski, Barb (Mike) Fiedler, and Beth (John) Premetz; her grandchildren, Andrew, Mark, Thomas, Ellen, Daniel, Philip, John, Ben, and Kristin, as well as her great-grandchildren, Eloise, Evelyn, and Wesley. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Pat, Deb and Sue.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 125 N. Harrison St. Warsaw, IN 46580, on Wednesday September 30, 2026, at 11:00 am. She will be laid to rest at Milford Cemetery. Kathleen’s family kindly requests that donations in her honor be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
