Judy K. Harvey, of Warsaw, passed away on January 15, 2026, at the age of 85. She was born on May 3, 1940 to Wayne and Vada (King) Coplen. She graduated from Gilead High School in 1958. Later, she earned an associate's degree in business and finance from St. Francis College in the 1980s, which gave her a strong foundation for her successful career.
Judy dedicated much of her professional life to the financial sector. She began her career at Lincoln National in Fort Wayne, before taking on a significant role as the assistant vice president of operations at Lake City Bank, where she worked diligently until her retirement in 1999.
Judy's passion for life extended beyond her professional achievements. She had a deep love for auctions and antiques, showcasing her appreciation for history and craftsmanship through her booth at Countryside Antiques in Pierceton for many years. Additionally, she cherished the time spent with her friends while playing cards, a tradition she upheld with the same group for over 30 years, which is a true testament to her loyalty and the values she held dear.
Judy is survived by her children, Doug and Lisa (Longyear) Harvey and Pamela Harvey, along with her brother, Larry K. Coplen and partner Marta Hopkins. She is preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Vada (King) Coplen; her brother, Ronald Coplen; and her long-time companion, Paul Romanetz.
A social gathering will be held at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 Sheridan Street, Warsaw, Indiana, on January 21, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 7:00 PM with Pastor Steve Rahn officiating.
