After retiring, he continued his passion for helping others by founding Sutton Financial Services, where for another 30 years, he generously shared his wisdom-serving, guiding, and mentoring countless individuals and small business owners. His work wasn't just about business, it was about people, purpose, and making a difference.

Dick found true joy in being present for his kids' and grandkids' lives. He was deeply proud of them and enjoyed cheering them on at games, performances, and activities, supporting their passions wholeheartedly. Some of his most cherished memories were made together at the lake, during Christmas celebrations, on the golf course with family, and his most favorite time was when family was all together.
