Jeri Pruitt

Jeri Pruitt, born on October 7, 1973, passed away on September 10, 2025 at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne. She was born on October 7, 1973 to Jerry Baggs and Donna Loubert in Lansing, Michigan. She graduated from Meridian High School in 1991. She married Osta Pruitt on May 18, 1996. She worked at Restoration Medical Polymers.

She found joy in the simple pleasures—immersing herself in books, enjoying the tranquility of birds, and casting a line while fishing. Her enthusiasm for University of Michigan football was infectious, sharing her team spirit with friends and family. She was also a fantastic football mom when her son was playing football.

Jeri deeply loved her children, Trevor and Taylor Pruitt, and treasured every moment with her beloved granddaughter, Paisley. Her devotion extended to her husband, Osta Pruitt, with whom she shared her life’s journey and dreams. She is also survived by her siblings, Michelle Baggs, Tammy Holland, David, and Donna Ingram.

Jeri is preceded in death by her parents, who she cherished deeply, and their memory will forever remain a part of her legacy.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during her Life Celebration Visitation on September 19, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service starting at 12:00 PM at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 Sheridan Street, Warsaw, IN. Burial will follow to Oakwood Cemetery.

Donations may be given to Titus Funeral Home to help assist the family with funeral related expenses.
