Jeremy Ray Weaver

Jeremy Ray Weaver, 41, of Milford, IN passed away at 3:45 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2022 near Syracuse, IN as the result of an automobile accident. He was born on June 7, 1980 in Inverness, FL to Raymond Joseph & Debra L. (Thomas) Weaver.

He lived in Florida before moving to the Milford area and attended Wawasee High School in Syracuse. He formerly worked at AIA in Syracuse and attended the Wawasee Lakeside Chapel in Syracuse.

He is survived by:

Daughter – Alexandria Weaver

Mother & Stepfather – Debra & Thomas Cornwell of Albany, KY

Companion – Tori David of Milford

Siblings – Tony Kernantz, Leon Bilotti, Jennifer Whitehead, Naomi Weaver, Thomas Cornwell, Nicholas Wright, Treesa Manns, and Travis Manns

He was preceded in death by his father and brother – Steve Cornwell.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. rd. 15, Warsaw, IN. A private Celebration of Life will be at a later date. Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN is in charge of arrangements.

Preferred memorials may be given to the donor’s choice.
