Jennifer B. Scott

January 17, 1972 — December 25, 2021

Jennifer Beth Scott, loving daughter, sister, mother, aunt, and Nana passed away at her home in North Webster, IN at 9:22 am on Saturday, December 25, 2021. She was born on January 17, 1972 in Plymouth, IN to Patti Miner and David Eherenman. Jennifer grew up in Etna Green, graduating from Triton High School. She then moved to Warsaw, IN living there for the majority of her adult life. Upon the birth of her grandson, she moved in with her daughter in North Webster to not only be closer to the new addition to the family, but also to help as needed.

Jennifer was a beautiful, bright, outgoing, funny, kind-hearted, and caring person that always knew just what to say to bring a smile to anyone’s face. The moment she walked into a room there was also a light that came with her; a light that shined so bright it was sure to lift your spirits. Being a child at heart she wasn’t only just a wonderful mother or an aunt, but she was also a close friend.

As a mother of two, a son, Ryan James, and daughter, Rachel Nicole, she showered them with love and was always willing to lend them an ear. The patience and understanding she had for them led the three of them to grow very close as her children became young adults. In 2016 the trio abruptly became a duo with the loss of Ryan in an automobile accident. It was a grief that Jennifer never recovered from.

She lived with her mother (Patti) and sister (Devan) in Warsaw which gave her a lot of time to spend with her nieces and nephew. Within that time they all grew to know her as Aunt Jen Jen and the love she had for them was insurmountable.

In December of 2019 Jennifer became a Nana to Wrenley James. From the moment of his birth, they were blessed with one another’s company. She became his teacher and cared for him with all of her love and affection.

Jennifer is survived by her mother Patti Miner of Warsaw, father David Eherenman of Warsaw, daughter Rachel Blankenship (Kayla Brown), sisters Erin Allison of North Manchester and Devan (Ryan) Sands of Warsaw, brother Kapen Eherenman of Warsaw, grandson Wrenley Blankenship, and 6 nieces and 3 Nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Ryan James Scott.
