Jennifer L. Conley

Jennifer Lynn Conley, of South Bend, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, in her residence after a long fight with her health. She was born on October 2, 1977, in Plymouth, the daughter of John and Tammy Conley (Altman).

Jennifer was a woman who found joy in many simple things. She loved peacocks and had a special bond with animals, especially cats. Reading was another passion of hers, and she enjoyed the time spent with her family.

She is survived by her children, Samantha (Marcus) Kanczuzewski and Austin Kanczuzewski; her parents, John and Tammy Conley (Altman) and her brother, Mark (Ashley) Conley. She is further survived by her nieces and nephews, Jonathon, Hayley, Katherine, and Alana as well as her extended family members and friends. She is preceded in passing by her uncle, Harvey Altman Jr., and her grandparents, Harvey and Lucille Altman.
