Gail E. Gans, 49, of Goshen, IN passed away at 8:07 a.m. on February 26, 2012 at Valley View Health Care Center in Elkhart, IN. She was born on September 21, 1962 in Goshen, IN to Larry E. & Lois M. (Schroeder) Elliott.
She was a lifetime Goshen area resident, graduated from Goshen High School and attended Michiana College. She was married in the summer of 1979 in Mishawaka, IN to Larry Dean Gans who preceded her in May 1980. She was formerly employed at Foamcraft Inc. in Goshen and Vahala Foam Inc. in Elkhart. She loved flowers, gardening and hummingbirds.
She is survived by:
2 Daughters – Mrs. Joe (Tara) Hershberger of Goshen & Kari Doyle of Elkhart
5 Grandchildren
Mother – Lois Elliott of Goshen
Sister – Mrs. Michael (Theresa) Harris of Goshen
2 Brothers – Bob (wife, Anna) Elliott of Las Vegas, NV and Fred (wife, Laura) Elliott of North Webster, IN
She was preceded in death by her father and husband.
A private family memorial service will take place.
