Ezraeli Rose Cleto was born on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, in Warsaw, Indiana. She was a precious baby girl who brought joy to her family. Sadly, Ezraeli passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Riley Children's Hospital at 6 days old. She was surrounded by the love of her family.

Ezraeli’s family includes her parents, Daniela Blanquet and Marco Cleto, who held her close with endless love. She had two sweet siblings, Amiyah and Romani Cleto, who loved their baby sister very much. Her grandparents, Dorothy and Crescencio Cleto, along with Alejandra Garcia, cherished little Ezraeli deeply. She was also loved by many aunts, uncles, and extended family members who kept her in their hearts.

Though Ezraeli Rose Cleto’s time with us was very short, her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

Friends and family who wish to honor Ezraeli may visit for a visitation on Friday, April 3, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 Sheridan St. Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
