Earle Richard Hanlin, 73, of Leesburg, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026. Earle was born in Chicago, Illinois on December 4th, 1952, to Delbert and Hilda (Stouter) Hanlin.

Earle was a proud and loving father and granddad. He is survived by his sons, Michael (Tracy) Hanlin of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Nicholas (Holly) Hanlin of Granger, Indiana, four grandchildren, Mallory, Cade, Austin, and Jordan Hanlin, and his loyal and loving dog, Bailey. He was preceded in death by his parents, and beloved dogs, Dakota and Harley.

Earle graduated from Manchester College with a degree in psychology and retired from Depuy after a successful career in Human Resources. He enjoyed Harley rides with his Haywood crew and a strong Captain and Coke with good friends at Danny’s.

Earle was an avid hunter, traveling the world to bring back trophies for his man cave, and a dedicated fisherman. He loved life on the lake and watching his boys build their families. He will be deeply missed by his family and many friends.

A celebration service will be held at Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services at 2000 Sheridan Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580 on Sunday, April 26th from 2 – 4 pm. In honor of Earle’s love for the outdoors and riding, guests are welcome to wear camouflage or Harley Davidson attire. Traditional attire is also welcome.
