Doris Arlene Bowerman

Doris Arlene Bowerman, 75, of Warsaw, IN (formerly of Mentone, IN) passed away at 6:02 p.m. on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Warsaw, IN. She was born on February 20, 1946 in Benton Harbor, MI to Frederick R. & Arlene M. (Stover) Anderson.

She graduated from Madison Township High School in Mishawaka and the University of Arkansas. She was married on November 19, 1979 in Warsaw, IN to Lloyd John Bowerman who survives. She was a Registered Nurse in Arkansas & Kosciusko County Hospital in Warsaw and was very proud to work for Dr. McCaddy in Fayetteville, AR. She grew up in Mishawaka / Elkhart area, and lived in Fayetteville, AR, Albany, NY, and China before moving to Syracuse & Mentone, IN.

She was a member of Harrison Center Church in Etna Green, IN.

She is survived by:

Husband - John Bowerman of Warsaw

Son – John Stuckwich of Columbus, IN

Sister – Carol (Mike) Camper of Orland, CA

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter - Jennifer Mishler, and a brother.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN. A private family Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.

Preferred memorials may be given to the Harrison Center Church in Etna Green, IN.
