Dennis J. Pletcher

Dennis J. Pletcher went home to be with his Savior February 8, 2022. On November 22, 1980, he married his best friend, Tonya, who survives.

In 1989 God saved him and transformed his life. Since then, his greatest joy in life was sharing the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ with everyone he met.

Dennis was a faithful servant of God. He dedicated his life to studying the Word of God and applying it to his life. He loved spending time with his wife and serving others together. His steadfast love for Tonya was apparent to all. Dennis was happiest when surrounded by family and purposefully mentored his grandchildren. He devoted so much of his time to them.

Surviving are two daughters, April (Micah) Smith and Holly (Scott) Borchelt, and six grandchildren who affectionately called him Papa. Also surviving are siblings Pam Yungandreas, Sally Pletcher, George Music, Ted Music, and Julie (Todd) Whetstone as well as step-siblings Matt Music and Gwen Music.

A celebration of Dennis’s life will take place in the spring.
