Daxten Cleveland

Daxten Lloyd Cleveland, the son of Jacob Schweitzberger and Tori Cleveland, passed away unexpectedly at home in Atwood on Monday, May 24, 2021 just before 10 p.m.

Daxten and his twin brother, Dyllen were born in Fort Wayne on December 16, 2020. Their birth was not the first twins in their family as they joined their older siblings: brother, Jacob Schweitzberger, Jr. and his twin sister, Lylliah Schweitzberger.

Daxten was a happy baby and slept through most nights. He ate well and loved sweet potatoes and was mesmerized by the TV show, Cocomelon. He was always moving, bouncing and jumping.

His family is broken hearted to announce his passing. In addition to mother, Tori; father, Jacob Sr.; brother, Jacob Jr., twin brother, Dyllen and sister, Lylliah, his maternal grandmother, Dolores (Brad) Cleveland; paternal grandmother, Shannon Watkins and paternal grandfather, Jason Halsey also survive.
