David R. Waggoner

David Ray “Dave” Waggoner, 68, of Columbia City, IN passed away at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at his home. He was born on October 14, 1952 in Angola, IN to Melvin & Christina (Logan) Waggoner.

He attended Homestead High School and United States Army veteran. He lived most of his life in the Fort Wayne / Columbia City area and was a self-employed mechanic.

He is survived by:

Granddaughter – Simone Waggoner of Fort Wayne

Half Brother – Jesse R. Sparks of Columbia City

Half Sister – Sylvia Hahn of St. Clair, MI

He was preceded in death by his parents, son – Melvin Howard Waggoner, and 4 siblings.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. No public services are planned.

Preferred memorials may be given to the donor’s choice.
