Daphne J. Yoh

Daphne J. Yoh, 70, of Leesburg, IN passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at her home. She was born on March 3, 1951 in Portland, IN to Gilbert T. & Helen Joyce (Aukerman) Hartup.

She graduated in 1969 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse, attended Indiana University in Fort Wayne, and lived most of her life in the North Webster / Leesburg area. She was married on March 28, 1998 in North Webster, IN to Harold B. Yoh who preceded her on May 23, 2020. She retired as a daycare worker in Warsaw and North Webster for 28 years. She formerly worked at Pic A Spot Campground in Warsaw & Epworth Forest Conference Center in North Webster.

She was a member of the United Methodist in North Webster.

She is survived by:

2 Sisters – Ronda (Jo Schaaf) Hartup of North Webster & Debra (Bill Girard) Williams of South Dakota

Brother – Bruce Hartup of Leesburg

Step Daughter in Law – Amanda Yoh of Silver Lake

5 Step Grandchildren & 11 Step Gt. Grandchildren

Special “adopted” Daughter - Joni Bodkin Zeigler of Columbia City

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, step daughter – Annette Farris, 2 step sons – Norman & Toby Yoh, and 2 step gt. grandchildren.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 29, 2021 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN. Memorial services will follow on Monday in the funeral home with Pastor Byron Kaiser officiating.
