Biography
Daniel Raymond Holbrook, 14, was killed tragically Tuesday, July 1, 2014, in his Winona Lake, Indiana home.
Danny was born December 1, 1999 in Warsaw, Indiana to Richard Raymond and Sherry Lynn (McClurg) Holbrook. He was going to be an 8th grader at Lakeview Middle School in Warsaw.
Danny enjoyed riding and working on dirt bikes; he also enjoyed working on cars. He loved skate boarding and being outside.
He is survived by his father: Richard (Amy Harty) Holbrook; mother: Sherry Koser; brother: Dakota Allen Holbrook; sister: Brittney Holbrook; great grandmother and guardian: Joanne Holbrook; and many friends.
Danny’s grandparents, Ronda Stidham and Daniel Holbrook, as well as his great grandfather, Richard Holbrook, preceded him in death.
Family and friends will gather for a time of sharing in support of each other Monday, July 7th from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. A service celebrating Daniel’s life will take place Tuesday at 10:30 AM in the funeral home with pastors William Whitaker and Denny Bollenbacher officiating.
