Cohen David Slabaugh, of Westfield, IN was stillborn at 9:05 p.m. on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at I.U. Hospital North in Carmel, IN. He is the son of David Alan & Emily Elizabeth (Voss) Slabaugh.
He is survived by:

Maternal grandparents - Dr. Todd & Julie Voss of Central, SC
Paternal grandparents- Michael & Linda Slabaugh of Syracuse, IN
Maternal Gt. Grandparents - Carole Gabrielson of Gladstone, MI & Dr. John & Dorothy Voss of Grand Rapids, MI
Paternal Gt. Grandparents - Bud & Bette Slabaugh of Syracuse, IN
He was preceded by his Gt. Grandparents – Mel Gabrielson and Dick & Marge Shock.
