Cletus A. Lee, 88, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 3:45 a.m. on Tuesday, October 05, 2010 at Goshen General Hospital in Goshen, IN. He was born on May 20, 1922 in Paulding County, OH to Phillip & Elsie (Ash) Lee
.
He attended Syracuse Public Schools and was married on January 14, 1984 in Syracuse to Jeannette L. (LeCount) Cripe, who survives. He lived most of his life in Kosciusko and Noble County areas and was a lifetime area farmer. He was a member of Clearview United Brethren Church in Goshen.
He is survived by:
2 Step Daughters – Mrs. Hubert (Cheryll) Schmucker of Goshen & Mrs. Steve (Julia) Mynhier of Wawaka
Step Son – Kirby (wife, Linda) Cripe of Syracuse
6 Step Grand & 13 Step Gt. Grandchildren
Sister – Delores Torok of Jeffersonville, IN
Brother - Virgil Lee of Bristol
He was preceded by his parents, 3 brothers – Kenneth, Owen, & Dale Lee, & infant brother and sister.
Memorial services will be 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 10, 2010 at the Clearview United Brethren Church, 67622 US-33, Goshen, IN with Rev. Hubert Schmucker of the church officiating. Private family burial services were held in the Syracuse Cemetery.
