Charles E. "Chuck" Berkeypile

Charles E. “Chuck” Berkeypile, 76, of Milford, IN passed away at 4:40 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw, IN.  He was born on February 20, 1943 in Warsaw to Ralph Everett and Gladys Marie (Hollar) Berkeypile.

He was a lifetime Milford area resident and graduated in 1961 from Milford High School where he played basketball and baseball.

He was formerly the owner / operator of Berks Body Shop in Milford, formerly a painter in the RV & boat industries, and was most recently employed at Syracuse Rubber / Parker Hannifin prior to his retirement.

He is survived by:

2 Daughters – Danae Whetten of Fort Myers, FL and Denise (Dan) Brennan of Syracuse

2 Sons – Chad (Shelia) Berkeypile of Milford and Brent (Erin) Berkeypile of Syracuse

9 Grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren

Longtime Companion – Debra Wallace of Milford

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister – Sally L. Baker

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.  Burial will take place in the Milford Cemetery.

Preferred memorials may be given to the American Legion Riders Post 223 in Syracuse.
