Chad Lee Fore, 54 - formerly of Sparta, TN - passed away on April 2, 2026, with his wife, Margo Diane Fore (married 33 years), children Joshua (Laura) Fore and Samantha Fore (Kyle Churchill) right by his side until the very end. He fought the most courageous fight against cancer, the bravest man alive, a mountain of a man. He walked into Jesus’ arms, and he is rejoicing.

Chad was born on March 29, 1972, in Elkhart, Indiana. He grew up in the best decade, loving the music, the fashion, and the essence of the 80s. He was always introducing people to the best 80s music of Toto, if they had never heard of the band. We’re pretty sure that he is rocking out to it in heaven.

Chad was a retired IT financial professional, who cared so much and wanted to lead in the best way possible, with God guiding him to make decisions that would affect people in a positive way. Everyone who knew him was impressed with how intelligent he was, some even said that he was a living thesaurus.

It was outside of work though, where he truly came alive and loved life with his loved ones. He loved collecting cologne, you could ask him to name all the notes in a spray, and he would immediately list it off. Chad loved reading so much, especially mysteries, sci-fi, and fantasy books - always lighting up when you asked him what he was currently reading (with On Basilisk Station by David Weber being his favorite). And man, did Chad love cars and owned many through his life. He especially loved figuring out the mechanical challenges of them.

Chad is survived by his wife of 33 years, Margo Diane Fore, who he loved so much - calling her the love of his life. They were high school sweethearts, loving each other through and through. He is also survived by his children, Joshua (Laura) Fore, and Samantha Fore (Kyle Churchill) who he was incredibly proud of, even when we would tease and joke with him endlessly. As a dad, Chad sacrificed and gave his all for his family, which we are forever grateful for.

Chad’s love of Christ was outstanding, his faith was what got him through every day, and what a beautiful trust he had in God. He loved God’s nature and the beauty he could see, always loving the beautiful 70-degree weather with sunshine. He could quote the Bible amazingly, having also collected Bibles, pouring himself into the Word.

Per his wishes, Chad chose to be cremated. A celebration of life is being planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, Chad would have wanted donations to be sent to Clean Heart Christian Ministries, Inc., 17 E. Maple Street, Sparta, TN 38583, cleanheartcm@gmail.com, (931) 837-5050. Titus Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.

“Don’t mourn my loss whatever you do my leaving brings you close to loved ones I have left behind and all the joys the future holds. I have fought a good fight. I have finished my course. I have kept my faith. Now I am flying free.”
