Carolyn J. Cook, age 76, of Warsaw, passed away on June 13, 2026, in Warsaw, Indiana. She was born on February 11, 1950 in Plymouth, Indiana to A.J. and Maria (Meek) Cook.

Carolyn dedicated many years to her career as a dispatcher for a trucking company, where her commitment and professionalism were deeply valued. Her work was a testament to her strong work ethic and her ability to navigate the challenges of a demanding industry with grace and efficiency.

Education played an important role in Carolyn’s life. She earned her associate degree from Ivy Tech, a milestone that reflected her dedication to personal growth and knowledge. Beyond her professional and academic accomplishments, Carolyn found joy in simple pleasures. She loved reading, a passion that fueled her imagination and broadened her horizons. Her fondness for Pepsi and Jelly Beans was a delightful reflection of her playful spirit and zest for life.

Carolyn's warmth and kindness were evident in her close relationships with her family and friends at Retired Tigers, where she enjoyed living there for many years. She is lovingly survived by her daughter, Dawn Cook of Peru; her granddaughter, Katlyn Cox of Warsaw; and her grandson, Maverick Cox of Warsaw. Her sister, Elaine (Dennis) Rothenberger of Warsaw, also survives her, providing a loving connection that endured through the years. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Danny Cook, whose memories remain cherished by those who knew Carolyn.
