Barbara Joan “Barb” Grabill, 83, of Warsaw, IN passed away at 3:47 p.m. on Monday, February 27, 2017 at her home. She was born on January 24, 1934 in Pontiac, MI to Chester & Esther (Shoemaker) Myrben.
She graduated in 1953 from Pontiac High School and attended the University of Michigan & University of Colorado in Boulder, CO. She was married on November 4, 1978 in Troy, MI to Lee J. Grabill who preceded her in death in 2012. She owned / operated The Travel Company in Pontiac, MI & Columbus, OH. She moved to Ohio in 1978 from Michigan and to Warsaw in 2012 from Ohio.
Former member & president of the Rotary Club in Columbus, former board member of the Heinzerling Foundation in Columbus, and volunteer for the Make a Wish Foundation.
She is survived by:
Son – Jonathan Hopp of Columbus, OH
Daughter – Jenny (Kyle) Bohnenkamper of Warsaw
2 Stepsons – Joseph (Melissa) Grabill of Columbus & Gary (Linda) Grabill of Washington
4 Granddaughters – Sydney Hopp, Emma Bohnenkamper, Kerrington Grabill, Jessica Grabill
7 Grandsons – Toby (Jolene) Hopp, Benjamin (Marisa) Hopp, Alex (Stacey Bullard) Hopp, Timothy Hopp, Noah Bohnenkamper, Robert (Morgan) Grabill, and Brandon Grabill

Sister – Kathleen (Tom) Tucker of Sarasota, FL
He was preceded in death by her parents, son – Christopher Riley Hopp, and daughter – Sandra Joy Coe.
Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN is in charge of arrangements. A Celebration of Life service will be held in Columbus, Ohio at a later date.
