Barbara Pasko

Barbara Pasko, age 66, of Pierceton passed away unexpectedly on April 6, 2026. She was born on June 13, 1959 in Hammond, IN to Robert and Evelyn Wittig. Throughout her career, Barbara worked as an interior designer and owned her own arts, crafts, and jewelry business – a testament to her remarkable talent and dedication to artistic expression.

Barbara was a deeply caring individual who loved her animals dearly. Her home was a haven not only for family and friends, but all living creatures including her beloved African Grey and Macaw parrots. Her love for nature extended beyond her indoor sanctuary; she devoted much time to gardening and nurturing both indoor plants and outdoor gardens. She also loved boating and especially treasured time spent on Barbee Lake, where she found peace and inspiration.

Her personality radiated warmth, kindness, and humor, making her a beloved member of her community. She was lifelong supporter of the American Legion and Auxiliary. Barbara's vibrant spirit was reflected in her love of music, enjoying artists such as Jimmy Buffet, Elton John, and Barbara Streisand, which added another layer to the rich tapestry of her life.

Barbara is lovingly remembered by her loving husband, Tom Pasko, and her daughter, Erin Conley of La Porte. She was a proud grandmother to Alina Conley, Brendon Conley, Logan Davis, and Jaxen Kozlowski, each carrying forward a part of her enduring spirit. She is also survived by her brother Robert (Andrea) Wittig II of Mason, Michigan, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews who cherished her presence.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Evelyn Wittig, whose memory she honored throughout her life.

A Life Celebration visitation for family and friends will be held on April 18, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) at Titus Funeral Home-North Webster located at 8056 E 500 N, North Webster, Indiana 46555. A Celebration of Life gathering will follow from 1:00 p.m. To 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) at the Syracuse Eagles, 12889 N. Kern Road, Syracuse, Indiana 12567. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend either gathering or both as they are able, to share memories and celebrate Barbara's life together.
