Arnelda B. Losee, 82, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 9:59 a.m. on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at her home. She was born on April 9, 1938 in Cromwell, IN to Calvin E. & Bessie E. (Hamman) Miller.

She graduated from Cromwell High School and was a lifetime Kimmell / Syracuse area resident. She was married to Richard L. “Dick” Losee who preceded her March 22, 1992. She was the former owner / operator of Louis Bar & Grill in Syracuse for 25 years and formerly worked at Syracuse Rubber Company for 17 years.

She formerly attended the Wawasee Lakeside Chapel in Syracuse.

She is survived by:

Son - Charles “Chuck” Losee of Syracuse

2 Grandsons – Ethan & Skylar Miller

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband – Dick Losee, daughter – Laura Selke and son – Jay Losee, and brother - Harold Miller.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Memorial services will follow at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday in the funeral home with Pastor Harlan Steffen officiating. Private burial will be in the Syracuse Cemetery.

Preferred memorials may be given to the Arnelda Losee Funeral Fund, c/o Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN 46567.
