Anna J. Blair, age 88, of Warsaw, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2026. She was born on October 12, 1937, in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Orville and Mary (Stephens) Elliott. She attended Prestonsburg High School and later married her beloved husband Paul Blair on September 10, 1954. Together, they built a life centered around their family's love and values
In her leisure time, Anna found joy in various activities that allowed her to bond with her family and friends. She had a passion for gardening, enjoyed completing puzzles, and was known for her wonderful cooking. An enthusiastic bingo player, she also cherished her favorite television shows such as Survivor and Wheel of Fortune.
Anna's family was undoubtedly her proudest accomplishment, and her nurturing spirit and devotion to them will be remembered fondly by all who knew her. She was a proud mother, leaving behind her children: Paul (Bonnie) Blair Jr., William (Coleen) Blair, Mary Hite, Margie Redden, Barbara Sue (James) Bryant, Debbie (Troy) Smith, Kimberly Taylor, and Jennifer (Danny) Hilliard. Her legacy continues through her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Anna also shared her life with her brother Tom Elliott. Anna was a person who devoted her life to her family, always placing them at the center of her world.
She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Blair; her parents, Orville and Mary Elliott, along with her brothers James Elliott, Bill Elliott, John Elliott, and Henry Elliott, and her sister Linda Justice and Lilly Mae Elliott. Anna J. Blair leaves behind a legacy filled with love, warmth, and cherished memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched.
Family and friends are invited to her Life Celebration Visitation that will be held at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 Sheridan Street, Warsaw, IN 46580 on January 23, 2026. The first visitation will take place from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A further visitation will be held on January 24, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with the funeral service starting at 11:00 AM all held at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Oakwood Cemetery at a later date.
