Adilyn Rose Hernandez of Goshen, IN, was stillborn at 11:28 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at I.U. Goshen Hospital in Goshen, IN. She was the infant daughter of Joseph “Michael” & Amber (Smith) Hernandez.
She is survived by:
Parents – Michael & Amber Hernandez of Goshen
Sister – Lilliana Hernandez
Brother - Hayden Hernandez
Maternal Grandparents – James (Jennifer) Smith of Daytona Beach, FL & Johnnie (Scott) Barnhill of Dora, AL
Paternal Grandmother – Connie Reeder of Goshen
Maternal Gt. Grandparents – Howard & Claudia Brown of Trussville, Al and Ninavea Miles of Dothan, AL
Paternal Gt. Grandmother – Betty Reeder of Milford
No services are planned at this time. Cremation took place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN is in charge of all arrangements.
